The Passenger Panel's role is not to deal with individual comments and complaints, but as a collective voice for the Passengers of South West Trains.
If you have a comment or complaint about a specific event, you should contact South West Trains Customer Service Centre-0845 6000 650.
If you are not satisfied with their response, you should contact either London Travel Watch or Passenger Focus. More details are available here.
