As the voice of South West Trains' passengers, we have a direct line to the managers and directors of South West Trains. We aim to get straighforward answers to the questions that affect you.

We wanted to make the Panel small enough to encourage real discussion but large enough to be representative of the many different types of people that use South West Trains, age, sex, off peak and peak, and covering all the areas reached by SWT. But none of it will work unless we can discuss and say the sorts of things that concern you. You can help us do this by letting us have your comments Could you do so by making your comments in the appropriate ‘boxes’ below

Please Note

We do want to hear from you but please bear with us. Being an independent body, unfortunately we do not have the resources to employ a large staff. In most cases, therefore, we will not be able to answer your comments individually but do be assured that our future work will take into consideration every comment we receive.

The Passengers’ Panel does not aim to deal, ombudsman-style, with individual complaints—South West Trains’ Customer Services Centre is there to do just that. If you feel you have not had a satisfactory reply from them, you can appeal to Passengerfocus or London TravelWatch, which are both statutory bodies. The Panel does, however, need to hear from you, both about South West Trains’ services and your general opinions, so that the Panel can reflect your views as accurately as possible in all it does.
